Certification

The SCC (“Safety Certificate Contractors”) certification system was developed to standardize safety requirements for contractors providing technical services on the premises of petroleum processing plants or chemical industry facilities.

SCC has now firmly established itself as an internationally recognized standard in safety, health, and environmental management across all industries.

We offer this internationally recognized certification for our service staff.

As a certified company, EMMERICH GmbH ensures the quality of its products in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

Pressure Vessel Construction

As a company certified in welding in accordance with EN ISO 3834-3, we manufacture pressure vessels.
We comply with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive AD 2000, Information Sheet HP0.

Quality control

Quality checks are performed at every workstation. Thanks to documented dimensional inspections, the production of each individual component can be traced.

Bench test

All manufactured pumps are tested on a computer-controlled test bench.

Development

During the development of new designs, we maintain close contact with research institutions and clients. Test series to verify the new features are conducted at our facility.
