1. Scope of the processing of personal data
   The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out, where consent is required for this, on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG. With the tracking measures used, we aim to ensure the needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. We also use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offering for you.

2. Google Analytics
   This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of your use of our website. In particular, information about the browser, operating system, referrer URL, pages accessed, length of stay, interactions, and date and time of the visit may be processed.

   Google Analytics is used only on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store individual IP addresses. For access from the EU, IP addresses are used only to derive approximate location data and are then discarded.

   The information generated by Google Analytics may be transferred to Google servers and processed there. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google processes the data on our behalf in order to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services relating to website and internet use. 3. Google Tag Manager
   We use Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter “Google”). Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service used to manage website tags and to integrate other services, in particular Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles and does not store its own analytics cookies.

   When Google Tag Manager is loaded, a connection to Google servers may be established for technical reasons. Where services requiring consent are integrated via Google Tag Manager, they are activated only on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.

4. Leadinfo: We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. This service identifies visits by companies to our website on the basis of IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behavior on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) in order to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve the services. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be collected by Leadinfo.

6. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

YouTube

Our website uses embedded content from YouTube, which is operated by Google.
The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages with embedded YouTube content, a connection to YouTube servers is established.
The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to directly associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right:
pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about its details;
pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data stored by us or the completion of incomplete personal data;
pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller;
pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to withdraw your consent once given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; and
pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or of our registered office.

8. Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data where there are grounds relating to your particular situation or where the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without requiring you to state a particular situation.

9. SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development.

11. Current status and changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in May 2026.
Due to the further development of our website and offerings via it, or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. Purposes and legal basis of data processing:

Storage period or criteria for determining the period:

• The recordings are deleted when they are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes stated above or when legitimate interests of the data subjects conflict with further storage, no later than 72 hours. If video recordings are stored as evidence for criminal and/or civil prosecution, deletion will take place in accordance with the limitation periods.

The data subject has the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning him or her is being processed; if this is the case, he or she has a right of access to this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.

The data subject has the right to request that the controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and, where applicable, complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).

The data subject has the right to request that the controller erase personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, provided one of the grounds listed in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).

The data subject has the right to request that the controller restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if the data subject has objected to the processing, for the duration of the controller's review.

The data subject has the right, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). The data subject may exercise this right with a supervisory authority in the Member State of his or her residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
