Efficient engines as standard

Reduce costs, increase sustainability.

All of our pumps now come with IE4-certified motors—more efficient than required by law and more economical to operate

We rely on modern drive technology and now supply all our pumps with IE4-certified motors as standard—even our smallest pumps are significantly more efficient than required by law!

IE4-certified electric motors—also known as Super Premium Efficiency motors—offer a wide range of benefits that are important for both business owners and technicians; they not only help minimize energy consumption but also enable a significant reduction in operating costs.

Energy efficiency

IE4 motors are highly efficient, which means they consume less energy to deliver the same output.

This results in lower operating costs and a faster return on investment.

In summary, IE4-certified electric motors offer numerous benefits for both business professionals and technicians, which have a positive impact on costs, the environment, and operational efficiency.

Good to know

1.

Motors often generate energy costs equal to their purchase price after just six months of operation. Especially in 24/7 operations, higher investments in more efficient motors quickly pay for themselves.

2.

To increase the efficiency of electric motors, manufacturers strive to avoid changes in motor size or length whenever possible. However, this is not always fully achievable, so more efficient motors may end up being slightly larger due to the greater amount of material used. In practice, this is rarely a challenge: Existing pump systems equipped with IE2 or IE3 motors can generally be easily retrofitted with more powerful models without having to replace the entire pump. This enables the cost-effective and sustainable modernization of long-lasting systems.

3.

Continuity and Long-Term Reliability We strive to establish long-term partnerships with select motor manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and a sustainable supply of high-performance drives. For applications with particularly high energy efficiency requirements, IE5 motors or even more efficient solutions—depending on technological advancements—are already available upon customer request.
