Since 1975, we at Emmerich have been manufacturing our rubber molded parts and rubber-to-metal assemblies in-house—and it shows: in the quality, flexibility, and rapid availability of our products.
Our Multi-Safe diaphragms, diaphragms for diaphragm shock absorbers, valve seats, and molded sealing rings are manufactured from a wide variety of materials—depending on the application and requirements. Materials used include Perbunan (NBR), Neoprene (CR), Hypalon (CSM), Viton (FPM), EPDM, and other vulcanizable elastomers upon request.
The major advantage: We produce according to demand—from small quantities to special custom-made products. This allows us to guarantee short delivery times, fair prices, and the highest material quality.
Thanks to our flexible production and professional storage in accordance with ISO 2230, every part remains optimally protected—and is available at short notice when needed.

Diaphragms up to Ø 240 mm are now manufactured under exactly the same conditions—cycle after cycle, part after part. The result is not variation, but reliability.
